The 2007 valuation of this complex was US $100 million, but we can acquire for $30 million in cash. Indoor and Outdoor Conference Space Â· 45 holes Golf Â· 30 Tennis courts Â· 20 acre development site Â· Prestigious country club Our proposal would be for our group to partner with you and your investors to acquire, operate, upgrade and re-sell the property at a profit of about $60 million. You would be the majority investor/Owner, and we would be the minority owner/operator with a share to be negotiated. Our funding request to you would be $30 million in cash for the acquisition, including a $6 million note to our group, plus a $10 million line of credit sufficient to help us upgrade the restaurant and rooms, improve campus lighting and other minor improvements.
