We currently have a partnership opportunity to acquire one of the oldest and most prestigious golf and tennis hotel- resort- country clubs in the US. The 2007 valuation of this complex was US $100 million, but we can acquire for $30 million in cash. You would be the majority investor/Owner, and we would be the minority owner/operator with a share to be negotiated. Our funding request to you would be $30 million in cash for the acquisition, including a $6 million note to our group, plus a $10 million line of credit sufficient to help us upgrade the restaurant and rooms, improve campus lighting and other minor improvements.
